GENERAL SYMPOSIUM INFORMATION

The symposium is organised by the Antalya Branch of the Chamber of Architects.

Symposium Language: The official language of the symposium is Turkish. In accordance with the scientific programme, simultaneous interpretation will be provided from English into Turkish and from Turkish into English.

Invitation Letter: Participants who have completed the registration process may request an invitation letter. This letter is intended solely to assist participants in obtaining permission from their affiliated institutions and does not provide any financial support.

Certificate of Attendance: All registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance. Certificates will be available electronically through the symposium website from the final day of the symposium onwards.

Abstract Submission: All abstracts must be submitted through the Online Abstract Submission Module. Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted. As abstracts will be published exactly as submitted, authors must carefully check their texts for spelling and typographical errors.

Name Badges: Name badges will be checked at the symposium venue and in all symposium-related areas. All participants are required to wear their name badges to ensure the smooth and secure conduct of the sessions.
